Sky Limo Service is a ground transportation brand operated by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131. This policy explains what personal information we collect through skylimoservice.com and our booking and dispatch systems, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or book a transfer we collect the details needed to run the ride: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight or ship information, passenger and luggage counts, and any extras you request (such as child seats). Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

We also collect standard technical data when you browse the site - IP address, browser type, and pages visited - used for security and to understand which guides and routes people find useful.

How we use your information

Your information is used to price, confirm, dispatch and complete your transfer; to track your inbound flight; to contact you about the ride (confirmations, driver details, changes); and to respond when you contact dispatch. We may use your email to follow up about a completed ride.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the chauffeur assigned to your ride, our payment processor, and service providers strictly needed to operate the booking system.

Data retention

Booking records are retained for accounting and dispute purposes as required by law, then deleted. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing bookings@skylimoservice.com.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only the cookies necessary for the booking flow to function and basic aggregate analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
