Terms of Service
Last updated July 8, 2026
The agreement
These terms govern your use of skylimoservice.com and any transportation you book through it. The service is operated by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131 (“we”, “us”). By confirming a booking you accept these terms.
Quotes and payment
Fares are quoted as fixed, all-inclusive amounts before you confirm. The confirmed quote covers tolls, airport access fees, meet and greet where applicable, and the stated included waiting time (60 minutes after landing at airports, 30 minutes at other pickups). Extras selected during booking are itemized separately. Gratuity is not required and is never added automatically.
Payment is collected through our payment processor at or after booking as indicated in the checkout flow.
Waiting time and no-shows
Beyond the included waiting time, additional waiting may be billed at the rate shown in your confirmation, or the ride may be released as a no-show after reasonable attempts to reach you. For airport pickups we dispatch against the actual landing time, so flight delays do not consume your included waiting time.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations made before the pickup window stated in your confirmation are free. Late cancellations or changes that cause a dispatched vehicle to travel may be charged up to the full fare. To change a ride, call (561) 209-5466 or reply to your confirmation email.
Our responsibilities and limits
We will provide a licensed, insured vehicle and professional chauffeur for the ride you booked, or an equivalent or better vehicle class. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, road closures, port or airport security operations), though we will always attempt to work around them. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the fare paid.
Passenger conduct
Seat belts are required, car seats are required for children as Florida law demands (book them as extras), and smoking or open alcohol in the vehicle is not permitted. Damage beyond normal wear may be billed to the booking card.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
